Raise the Pink Flag - Wire are back

Legendary band Wire have announced a date at the Globe in Cardiff 1st December. The band came to prominence with the punk scene releasing the classic Pink Flag in 1977. Their influence has gone beyond that and they recently released a new album "Red Barked Tree" to great critical acclaim.

The Millennium Music Hall have moved their forthcoming gigs to other venues pending a move of premises according to their website.A message on the site reads:

We are currently re-scheduling some of our events in June. This is due to issues relating to a planned move of premises. All tickets purchased will remain valid for any re-scheduled events. Further information on specific events will be available here once it has been confirmed.
